- 2 acorn squashes, halved and seeds removed
- 1 cup cooked quinoa or rice
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

1) Prepare the Squash: Preheat the Salton Flip and Cook 3-in-1 Air Fryer, Grill & Dehydrator. Brush the cut sides of the acorn squash with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the squash halves cut-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes or until tender.

2) Make the Filling: In a bowl, combine the cooked quinoa or rice, dried cranberries, chopped nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup. Mix well to combine.
