Homemade Eggnog Recipe:

Ingredients:

- 4 large eggs (separate yolks and whites)
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar (for yolks)
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar (for egg whites)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg (plus extra for garnish)
- Optional: ½ cup rum, bourbon, or brandy
- Cinnamon sticks (for garnish)

Instructions:

1) Whip Egg Yolks:
- In the Salton WizNMix, use the Cyclone Bulb attachment to beat the egg yolks and ⅓ cup sugar on medium speed until the mixture is pale and creamy.

2) Heat Milk and Cream:
- In a saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, and nutmeg. Heat gently over medium heat until just warm (do not boil).
