Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine bread flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead for 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rest for 30-45 minutes (since high-heat pizza ovens perform best with shorter dough fermentation).
