Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (plus more for cooking)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Dry Ingredients:
    • In the Salton WizNMix All-in-One Food Processor, attach the Paddle Knife.
    • Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to the processor. Pulse a few times to mix the dry ingredients.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients:
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
    • Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the food processor with the dry ingredients.
