Easy Crepes

Perfect for your Salton Crepe and Tortilla Maker

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 4-5 eggs (depending on size)
  • 0.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (whichever sugar you like)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter, unsalted and soft
 

 

    Directions

    1. Mix the eggs, butter, salt, flour, vanila extract, sugar, and milk in your Salton Power Blender  for 20-30 seconds. You want the batter to have a smooth consistancy. Place batter in the fridge for 30 minutes or more.  When ready to use, pour it into a shallow round dish about the size of a dinner plate
    2. Preheat your Salton Crepe Maker and then dip the cooking surface into the batter for 3 seconds, before returning it to the base. 
    3. After letting it sit and cook for about a minute, remove the crepe maker from the base and place deposit the crepe onto you crepe pile.
