Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, peeled and deseeded
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or mint), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Cucumber:
- Cut the cucumber into chunks and place it in the WizNMix with the Hurricane Multi Knife
- Pulse until the cucumber is finely chopped.
- Transfer the chopped cucumber into a clean cloth or paper towel, and squeeze out the excess water.

Blend the Ingredients:
- Return the drained cucumber to the WizNMix.
- Add the Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and chopped dill (or mint).
- Use the Tornado Paddle Knife attachment for a smooth blend. Pulse until all ingredients are well combined and the sauce is creamy.
