Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh blueberries for topping
Instructions:
Preheat the Waffle Maker:
- Swap in the waffle plates, plug in the Salton 3 in 1 Grill, Sandwich & Waffle Maker, and preheat it.
Prepare the Waffle Batter:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter should be slightly lumpy, so avoid overmixing.
Cook the Waffles:
- Lightly grease the waffle plates with a little oil or non-stick spray.
- Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle plates, spreading it out evenly. Be careful not to overfill.
- Close the waffle maker and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the waffles are golden brown and crisp.
Serve with Blueberries:
- Once the waffles are done, carefully remove them from the waffle maker.
- Top the waffles with fresh blueberries.
Enjoy:
- Serve the waffles warm with additional toppings of your choice, such as syrup, whipped cream, or more fresh fruit.
These waffles are perfect for a delightful breakfast or brunch. Enjoy your homemade waffles with fresh blueberries!
