2-1/2 cups (600 g) unsweetened frozen peaches or frozen strawberries or frozen blueberries
1 cup (250 ml)) container plain yogurt
1 cup (250 ml) confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. (15 ml) lemon juice
1/8 tsp. (0.5 ml) almond extract
Allow frozen fruit to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Place fruit, yogurt, confectioners’ sugar, lemon juice and almond extract in blender. Blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy.
